Accessing and Managing Raven Eye Messages

Raven Eye provides a centralized way to receive, manage, and respond to messages directly within the platform. It includes features to track unread messages, create issues from threads, set automated offline responses, and ensure all communications are organized and actionable

You can access Raven Eye messages from the left-hand menu or the Raven Eye icon at the top right of your screen. When a new message is received, the icon will indicate a new message similar to Notifications. Click the icon to view your Raven Eye messages.

Incoming messages display an unread status, which updates to read as you view the message. Messages can be closed and archived once addressed. To respond, click the message to open the thread, type your message in the text box, and send. Once resolved, close the thread so any new message from the sender appears as a separate thread for management. To archive messages, select the checkbox at the top of the list and choose Archive. All messages must be closed before archiving.

You can create an issue directly from a Raven Eye message by selecting Create Issue. The message details will automatically populate the Issue Details section for review and editing. The Reporter field will be set as Raven Eye Message.

Raven Eye includes a Dark Day switch that allows you to go offline. While offline, automated and customizable responses are sent to incoming messages. Set Raven Eye offline using the option at the top right of the list. Customize your message by selecting Configure.

Future enhancements will include spam management, sender blocking (temporary or indefinite), and Machine Learning/Artificial Intelligence functionality to scan incoming messages, alert users to potential issues, and improve response times for operational safety and security.
