Accessing Documents on Raven Mobile

The Documents section in Raven Mobile allows you to access important venue documents directly from your mobile device, including accreditation sheets, meeting agendas, incident response plans, and staff briefing notes.

How to access documents
  1. Open the Raven Mobile app.
  2. Tap More in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. Select Documents.
  4. Browse the available documents.
  5. Tap a document to open and view it.
How to search for a document

If you need to find a specific document, you can use the search function.

  1. Navigate to More > Documents.
  2. Tap the Search icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Enter the document name or a relevant search term.
  4. Select the document from the filtered results to open it.
How to return to the document list

When you have finished viewing a document, close the document viewer to return to the Documents section.
