Adding Assignee and Deadline to Process Tasks - Mobile App

You can now assign users and set deadlines for Process Tasks within an Issue.

Add an assignee and deadline to a process task

  1. Open the Issue record that contains a process task.

    • Note: Processes can also be added after the initial issue creation.

  2. Scroll down to the Action button.

  3. Select the process task you want to update.

  4. Click Assignee.

  5. Choose a user from the list. If there are many users, begin typing the name to filter the list, then select the correct user.

  6. Click the Deadline field and pick a date and time for task completion.

Result

  • The assignee and deadline now appear within the Process Task in the Issue.

  • The newly assigned task also appears on the user’s Task List page.
