Checklist Completion & Sign Off

Raven allows you to create and manage checklists customized for your organization. Each checklist can be annotated with comments or images to improve the quality of recorded information.

How to Access and Complete Checklists

  1. Ensure you have the correct permissions.

  2. Open the Main Log Page and select a checklist from the list.

  3. Each task displays a checkbox on the left side. To complete a task, click the checkbox.

  4. Add up to 10 images per task to enhance information accuracy and context.

Task Management

  • Add comments to individual tasks for additional context.

  • Assign Assignees and set Deadlines when tasks relate to a specific department or user.

  • Add new tasks by selecting Add New Task, entering the task name in the modal, and pressing Create. The task appears instantly in the checklist.

  • Reorder tasks by clicking and dragging them into your preferred sequence.

Viewing Checklist History

To review previous activity, select Show History. This displays all recorded actions and updates associated with the checklist.

Editing and Closing Checklists

  • Edit the Checklist Title and associated Log anytime using the fields at the top of the checklist.

  • When all tasks are complete, select Close from the dropdown menu to sign off the checklist.

  • The Close option is available only to users with the appropriate permissions.
