Creating a Report Template
Report Templates allow you to create customized report structures for your organization. Users with the correct permissions can access and manage templates from the Manage tab.
How to Create a Report Template

Go to Manage and select Report Templates.

Select Create New.

Enter a name for your report template in the Title field. The grey fields below the title will be automatically populated when a report is created using this template.

To add a section, select Add Section. Each section title is fully customizable. Select the pencil icon to rename the section.

Select Add Field to add fields to a section. A modal will open prompting you to choose a Field Type and enter a Field Title.

Depending on the field type, you may also be prompted to set data parameters and apply filters. Raven provides a wide variety of field types to support your venue’s reporting needs.

When your template is complete, select Create. Your new template will appear in the Report Template List page.
Next Step
You can now create a report using your new template.
