Create a Issue Response Process
The Process Tasks feature in Raven allows you to create and manage your own venue or event Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). These processes ensure that responders follow the correct steps with clear, consistent guidance.
How to Create Process Tasks

Go to the Menu Bar and select Manage > Processes.

Click Create New to start a new process.

Enter the Process Title.

Add a Checklist of Actions that responders must complete.

Optional to include a Short Description for each task to clarify what must be done before marking it as complete.
Managing Task Order and Edits

Rearrange the order of tasks by clicking and dragging the three lines on the right-hand side of each task.
- Add a new task at any point of the process task list by selecting "Add New Task +".

Remove a task by clicking the X next to it.
