How to Create a Checklist

  1. Select the + New button at the top left corner of your screen.

  2. Choose Checklist from the available options.

  3. Select the Log the checklist relates to and choose the checklist template you want to use.

  4. (Optional) Choose a Notification Group to alert relevant users when the checklist is created.

  5. Review the preview of tasks displayed for your selected template.

  6. Enter the Checklist Title and select Create at the top right corner of your screen.

The new checklist will appear on the Log Page, where the assigned user can access and complete it.
