Create a New Issue; How to create an issue using Smart Issue Completion

Smart Issue Completion uses Ravens powerful machine learning specific to your account to suggest Issue Categories, Notification Groups, and Processes (SOPs). This feature speeds up data capture, improves accuracy, and reduces ambiguity in category selection. It is available on both the web and the mobile app.

  1. Type the issue title. Raven’s AI will work in the background to suggest the most accurate Issue Categories based on previous data.

  2. Select a Category from the AI suggestions.

  3. If the selected category has a linked Priority, it will auto populate.

  4. Select the Status, which defaults to Open.

  5. Select the Location by scrolling or typing to reduce the list.

  6. Add the Reporter.

  7. Select a Notification Group from the AI suggestions.

  8. If a Process (SOP) is suggested, select it to include it in the issue response.

  9. Enter a detailed Description to capture all relevant information.

  10. Add any Media if applicable.

  11. Press Create when you are ready to submit the issue.

Providing a clear and detailed description improves the accuracy of future AI suggestions.
