Creating Checklists Template
Raven’s Checklists are a distinct record type designed to help venues and events ensure that agreed tasks are completed as planned. They provide a clear overview of progress, whether related to safety, security, or hygiene tasks. Each checklist can be configured to suit your organization’s unique requirements.
How to Create a New Checklist Type

Ensure you have the necessary permissions.

Go to the Manage tab and select Routine Task Checklist.

Click Create New to open the Checklist Creation page.

Enter the Checklist Name and add the Relevant Sections & Routine Tasks that should be carried out.

To add more tasks, click Add New Task +. You can create as many as needed.
Editing and Organising Tasks

Use the move arrows to reorder tasks by importance or relevance.

Click the edit icon to modify task details.

Click the X to remove a task from the list.
Saving and Viewing Your Checklist
Once all tasks are configured, click Save at the top of the page. You will be redirected to the Checklist Type List page, where your new checklist type will be available to view and manage.
