Creating Notification Groups
Raven’s advanced notification system allows you to create customizable notification groups to alert specific users about relevant issues in real time. This ensures that the right people are notified for oversight or input without needing to constantly monitor the system.
Create a notification group

Navigate to Manage > Notification Groups.

Select Create New.

Enter a Name for the notification group. Examples include management levels or specific departments.

Add users who meet the group criteria.

Users can also be added to a notification group via their Profile section.

Save the group.
Receive notifications

Users in a notification group will receive notifications when the group is attached to an Issue or a Record.

Notifications appear in the system when you click the bell icon at the top right of the screen.

Push notifications are also sent via the Raven Mobile App if notifications are enabled in your app settings.
Manage notification groups

To deactivate a group, use the switch under the group settings. This stops the group from receiving notifications or updates.
Tip: This feature is especially useful for teams or departments, such as Gold group, Public Communications, and other users who may not monitor the system continuously.
