Customizable Meeting Templates
Raven now allows you to create customizable meeting templates to reflect different meeting types and agendas, suited to your venue and event requirements. Templates can be used for safety advisory groups, event planning, or incident response. Using templates ensures meeting minutes, actions, and policy decisions are captured efficiently, with actions carrying over between meetings for easy updates.
How to Create a Meeting Template

Ensure you have the required permissions to create a meeting template.

Navigate to Manage > Meeting Type in the menu bar.

Click Create New to start a new meeting template.
Setting Up Your Template

Enter the title at the top left of the page. This title will appear in the dropdown when creating a new meeting.

Fields such as Meeting Time, Date, Title, and Loggist Minute Taker are shown in grey and become editable once the meeting is created.

To add agenda items:

Click Add New Agenda Item

Enter the Item Number, Item Description, and Owner

You can add multiple agenda items or delete items added in error

Access linked documents by clicking the link, which opens the document in a new tab.
Completing Your Template

Once you are satisfied with the template, click Create.

The template will be added to your list of meeting templates and available for future meetings.

Use meeting templates to standardize agendas, capture key decisions, and ensure actions are tracked consistently across all meetings.
