Filtering/Searching Main Log List - Mobile App

With high volumes of issues and checklists across multiple events, it is important to locate and report on specific logs efficiently. This can be achieved using the Filter and Search functionality at the top right of the Log page.

Search for a log

  1. Use the Search box to enter your search terms.

  2. Predictive search automatically displays any Incidents and Checklists that match your input.

Filter logs

  1. Select the Filter button at the top right of the screen.

  2. Apply filters using the following conditions:

    • Date range

    • Type of log

    • Event log

    • Priority status (1 = highest, 5 = lowest)

    • Current status of the issue

    • Active or inactive status

    • Category groups and Locations attached to the issue

  3. Multiple filters can be applied simultaneously.

  4. Clear individual filters using the checkbox or X next to the selected filter.

  5. Select Clear All to remove all filters and start a new search.

Filter incomplete tasks
Use the option to filter Incomplete Only to quickly identify issues that require completion at the end of the day.
