Issue Categories
Raven now provides a list of Issue Categories that can be applied to each issue, allowing real-time tracking of key areas of interest and identification of trends through your customized reports.
How to Use Issue Categories

Category Groups cover areas such as Security, Medical, Health & Safety, Customer Experience, Facilities, and more. Some categories include a second or third level of hierarchy to further define the issue.

The category list has been carefully developed to reflect key areas of event delivery issues, but it is fully customizable to meet your organization’s needs.

When creating an issue, tag it with one or more relevant categories.

To disable a category group, click Disable on the right-hand side of the category list. To re-enable, click Enable.

View all disabled categories at any time by clicking Show Disabled at the top of the category list.

Use categories consistently across issues to improve reporting accuracy and trend analysis. Consider aligning categories with your organization’s key focus areas for clearer insights.
