Log Activation

This update introduces new date and time options in the log creation process. You can now set a Start Date, End Date, and Activation Date when creating a log, allowing you to prepare event logs in advance and keep them in a pending state until the specified activation time.

How to Create a Log with Activation Settings

  1. Go to Manage and open Logs.

  2. Select Create New and choose either No Template or your preferred template.

  3. Open the Timings page to set the Start Date, End Date, and Activation Date.

  4. Save your log. It will remain in a pending state until the activation time. Pending logs display a small pending icon next to their name on the log list page.

  5. If you need to activate a log before the scheduled time, use the three action buttons on the right side of the log name.

     

How to Add Checklists During Log Creation

  1. Use the checklist options available directly in the creation flow.

  2. Add, edit, or remove checklist items as needed without relying on templates.

  3. When the Log becomes active all checklists will appear on your Main Log Page.

How to Filter Logs

  1. Go to the log list page.

  2. Use the filter options for Date, Site, and Status.

  3. Apply your filters to quickly locate the logs you need.
