Mass Notifications Templates

Send important updates via Mass Notification to users and contacts.

Mass Notifications allow you to send important alerts or updates to selected groups, all users, or external contacts in one action. You can control how long notifications remain active, use templates for common alerts, and send follow-up updates as needed.

How to Set Alert Duration

You can control how long a mass notification stays active in your account settings.

Manage > Account Settings > Mass Notifications

  1. Go to Mass Notifications in Account Settings.

  2. Set your preferred duration for alerts.

  3. The default duration is one day.

How to Create a Notification Template

Templates make it easy to reuse standard messages for frequent alerts.

Manage > Mass Notifications

  1. Select New Template.

  2. Enter The Notification Name.

  3. Enter your message in Further Details and save.

  4. Templates can be reused or skipped when sending a new notification.
