Permission Groups
Permissions define what users can do and access in Raven to manage features, actions, and system settings.
Your Raven account includes three predefined permission groups: Account Administrator, Controller, and User.
-
Account Administrator cannot be edited or deleted.
-
Controller and User are customizable templates that can be adapted to your organization’s needs.
Features listed above Manage relate to day-to-day system activity, while items listed below Manage control system access and configuration. This distinction separates operational tasks from administrative permissions.
Raven supports fully customizable permissions and event log access, giving you control over who can see and do what across your event delivery ecosystem. Account Administrators or users with appropriate access can edit existing groups or create new permission groups for maximum flexibility.
How to Customize Permissions
-
Use the toggles to enable or disable features within each module for the permission group.
-
Use the All toggle to grant full access to a module, or select individual permissions as needed.
-
Tabs with red text indicate permissions that may require additional consideration before applying.
-
Assign a unique name and description to each permission group to make it easily identifiable when assigning users.
