# Reports on Raven Mobile App

## Mobile Reports allow users to create, edit, share, publish and view reports directly from the Raven mobile app. Reports created on mobile use the same templates, permissions, and data as the web platform, allowing users to seamlessly continue working across both experiences.

Reports can include text, images, videos, PDFs, and live Raven data, making it easy to document events from anywhere without returning to a desktop.

Reports are available directly within the Raven mobile app.

Within the app, select **More** from the bottom navigation bar, then tap **Reports**. On tablets, **Reports** appears as its own tab in the bottom navigation.

The Reports list displays the most recently updated reports first, showing whether each report is a **Draft** or **Published**, along with the author and the date it was created or published.

Use the search bar to find reports by name or apply filters to narrow the list by:

- Created date
- Log
- Report template

Creating a Report

To create a report:

1. Tap **Create**.
2. Select a report template.
3. Enter a report name.
4. Select one or more Logs.
5. Optionally choose a date range.
6. Tap **Create**.

A report name is required, along with either a Log or a date range.

Archived Logs can also be selected, allowing reports to be created after an event has been completed.

 Completing a Report

Reports are presented as a single, scrollable form based on the selected template.

Supported field types include:

- Short text
- Long text
- Dates and date/time fields
- Radio buttons
- Dropdown lists
- Checkboxes

Changes are saved automatically as you work, so there is no Save button.

Long text fields support rich text formatting, including bold, italic, bullet lists, numbered lists, and hyperlinks, ensuring formatting remains consistent between the mobile app and the Raven web platform.
