Task List in Raven
Tasks in Raven provide a clear and accountable way to manage actions across all record types, including Issues, Checklists, and other operational records. By assigning tasks with owners and deadlines, teams can ensure that important actions are tracked, completed on time, and not lost during busy operational periods.
Tasks create visibility across teams by clearly showing who is responsible, what needs to be done, and when it must be completed, helping to improve coordination, response times, and overall operational effectiveness.
Accessing your tasks
Users can access their tasks at any time from the Tasks option in the left-hand menu. This will take you to your Task List page, where all assigned tasks are displayed in one central location.
Understanding the task list
From the task list, you can:

View Active and Completed tasks.

See the task name, associated record, and deadline (if one has been set).

Quickly identify overdue tasks, which are clearly highlighted.

Understand exactly which log record the task relates to.
Completing tasks
Tasks can be accessed directly from the task list. Selecting a task will take you to the relevant record, allowing you to review context, take action, and complete the task without navigating elsewhere. Completed tasks can be viewed at any time within the Completed task list, providing a clear audit trail.
