Titan HST Integration Setup

How to set up the integration

1. Go to Integrations in Raven
2. Select Titan
3. Click Create new integration

4. Enter the required details:

   • Add each Alert Type you want to handle
   • For each alert type, configure:
     • Process
     • Priority
     • Categories
   • To enable automatic closure:
     • Select the three dots on the right-hand side of the alert type
     • Turn on Close issue when alert ends
   • Ensure alert type names match Titan exactly

   Alert types are case and spelling sensitive. Values must match Titan exactly or alerts may not be received

5. Click Save
6. Reopen the integration
7. Copy the generated webhook URL
8. Provide this URL to your Titan provider

Once configured in Titan, alerts will begin sending to Raven automatically.

Assign the integration to a log

1. Open the relevant Log
2. Navigate to Integrations
3. Select your Titan integration
4. Save changes

The integration must be linked to an active log for Issues to be created.

How it works

• Titan sends alerts to Raven via webhook
• Each alert creates a new Issue with key details
• Updates, messages, and attachments appear as Situation Updates
• Notifications are triggered based on your configuration
• If location data is available and a map is attached, the alert is pinned

The Titan integration is one-way. Raven receives alerts from Titan but does not send data back.
