What can be updated within an issue
At any point after creation, users can edit an issue to reflect changing circumstances, including:

Updating the Issue Title to better describe the situation.

Adding or updating Locations as the situation develops.

Updating the Status to reflect progress or escalation.

Adjusting the Priority if severity increases or decreases.
