Adding Assignee and Deadline to Checklist Tasks - Mobile

You can now assign tasks and set deadlines within Checklist Tasks directly from the Checklist record.

Add an assignee and deadline

  1. Open the Checklist record.

  2. Select Edit above the task list to open the edit page.

  3. Choose the task you want to update.

  4. Click Assignee.

  5. Select a user from the list. If there are many users, begin typing the name to filter the list, then select the correct user.

  6. Click the Deadline field. Choose the date and time for task completion.

Save and return

  1. Press the Back button at the top left of the screen next to Checklist.

  2. The assignee and deadline will now appear within the task on the Checklist.

  3. The newly assigned task will also appear on the user’s Task List page.
