Whitelisting Email Addresses

Whitelisting an email address means adding it to your approved senders list. This signals that you trust the sender, helping keep emails from this contact at the top of your inbox and out of the junk folder.

Setting Up Whitelisting

  1. When setting up your Raven account or adding additional users, an email will be sent from accounts@ravencontrols.io.

  2. Ensure this email is whitelisted so users can set their password and access Raven.

  3. If you are an Admin adding users, inform them that they must whitelist this email to enable correspondence.
