This feature is particularly useful for controllers or team leads who need an instant operational snapshot — for example, when starting a shift or reviewing current event conditions.
Access the Dashboard by selecting the ‘Dashboard’ tab from the left-hand menu.
Dashboard Modules
The Dashboard is composed of multiple configurable modules, each designed to surface key data and insights. You can personalize which modules appear based on your role and focus areas.
Available Modules

Active Logs – Displays all logs you have access to, including record counts and key decisions.

Weather Widget – Shows a five-day weather forecast for event planning and situational awareness.

Venue Map – Provides a visual map of your venue(s) with pins and heat spots indicating current activity.

Checklist Progression – Tracks team activity and task completion before and during events.

Issues by Priority – Highlights high-priority issues so you can focus where it matters most.

Issues per Category Group – Summarizes types of incidents occurring during an event.

Issue Timeline – Displays peaks and troughs of incidents throughout the event lifecycle.

Category Quantities – Offers detailed control and precision over event data by category.

Issue Cards – Provides in-depth breakdowns of specific category groups (e.g., Security) for granular insight.

Watchlist – Lists pinned records from your Log page for easy monitoring of key items.
Customizing Your Dashboard
Your Dashboard view is unique to you. Each module includes a three-dot menu (⋮) in the top-right corner, allowing you to:

Apply custom filters to display only data relevant to your role or department.

Adjust timeframe filters to focus on specific event periods.
Tip: Configure your Dashboard before an event begins to ensure the most critical data is surfaced as soon as operations start.
